Elbow update

Well I had the 2nd cortisone injection - It went much better than the first, but only lasted a few weeks!!!!

Sigh, now my elbow is paining me as much as before :( I will be asking for another injection before my holiday (Nov 6th) as I really don't want to be suffering like this while I am away - it sucks :(

I need spoons.
