Similar to con amore sway - I like the muted colouring, this is hand painted background with lumiere metallic paints, gel medium transfer over the top of the paint and hand doodling again - love the doodling lately, it gives such a personal touch and is something I do to make my cards "MINE"..!!

lime green retro feel... gotta love her bikini (craig did), rubber stamping, a little doodling, some smudging, some ink edging, and presto - twas all i thought it needed.

Gel medium transfer, grunged over hand inked background (couldn't be bothered with the paints this time) Rub-ons, hand doodling, brads & scribble.. Go the grunge.. I like the colouring of this one and the difficulty in seeing her face appeals to me too!

Fave colours of mine, again the grunge look I love so much. I hand doodled the crackling, added ink for colour - smudged it with fingers (the best tool one has), some cute little button brads and a rub-on to finish it off... with inked edges, of course!

Leaving on a Jet Plane
Tomorrow I fly out to Bali for a week with my daughters Bec & Amy - woohoo!! I'm so looking forward to it. I'm a little scaredy cat when it comes to the actual 'flying' part though - my anxiety and nerves are already shot thinking about it (breathing deeply calms me!!) lol
Once that plane lands in Bali, I will sigh a big sigh of relief and shout hooray where here!! Then it will be off to the hotel to settle for the night.
We plan to mix a little business with pleasure. Hopefully we will make some new contacts and we are hoping to organise a little suprise for next year!! Thats a shop secret, we will share further down the track (sowwy)
Thanks to everyone who visits my blog and leaves lovely comments, I don't come on here very often - but love it when you visit and chat to me. A lot is happening at the moment, lots of things to organise, both personally and business. I am making a concerted effort to get organised after this little holiday... yup organised. I used to be so organised i scared myself, lately I procrastinate a lot.
Well it's off to bed for me, gotta try to get some sleep - will be doing my 'positive affirmations/cognitive stuff' and a few little prayers. My hubby said he would read to me - gosh I love that.... to help me get to sleep sometimes he will read from whichever book i happen to be reading at the time, he does know that it's his reading that sometimes drones me off to sleep... hahahah but he know I love him reading to me, and he knows he is helping me to get to sleep... now i just need to figure out how to stay asleep for more than a couple of hours at a time!!
Being an aquarian - that's what I think it is, my head is always so FULL of stuff, good stuff, bad stuff, stupid stuff, great stuff, ideas, ideas, ideas - yup just like this posting - it never seems to end. =)
Ok my friends - nite nite sleep tight - see you in a week, where I hope to be all refreshed, rejuvinated and ready to get organised!!
